Xmas 2005
Lizzie & Lady worked hard during the latter part of 2005 and have bonded extremely well.
I took them both to their first Show at Longwood EC - Xmas Fun Show.
They took part in the Fancy Dress Class as 'Xmas Lottery Pony' & 'Xmas Fairy' and did really
well achieving ?? place. Although Lady had been very lively prior to this class, she behaved impeccably and Lizzie was
very happy with their achievement. I was close at hand during this class..... just in case!
They then went into the First Ridden Class on their own and came?? (as in pic below).
Needless to say I (like Lizzie's family) were very proud of them both and it was a perfect entrance into the Xmas spirit for
us all.

February 2006
At the start of 2006, despite it being winter, we worked even harder and took every opportunity to
improve on our riding skills and Lady's manners. Having an indoor school and help from a good trainer rpoved to be very
rewarding for them both.

The bond continued to grow - Lizzie & Lady learnt a lot from each other and despite the cold
and rain, they only had eyes for each other. Lizzie never failed to come to the stables and never refused to do anything
provided it meant with Lady. By the Spring, they were A
REAL "TEAM"

March 2006
By March we were really moving on! Lizzie started with some basic polework and then quickly
moved on to her first jumping session.

Jumping is certainly Lizzie's love and Lady is learning fast. Until they have perfected their
skills, they will go through many ups and downs - but I'm sure they'll both get there ....and soon!
